We are seeking an intermediate-level Visual Merchandiser with a strong grasp of Corel Draw/Photoshop and a creative, proactive mindset to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are visually appealing, well-organized, and in line with brand standards while effectively communicating with teams across the airport and linked parties.

Job Overview:
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and updating planograms across multiple retail locations. You will ensure that the visual presentation of our brands aligns with company standards and seasonal marketing initiatives. Coordination with the inventory team, vendors, and marketing teams will be essential to keep displays in sync with stock availability and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planogram Creation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain planograms for various brands across the retail spaces, ensuring compliance with brand requirements, company standards, and stock levels.
• Corel Draw and/or Photoshop Expertise: Utilize Corel Draw and/or Photoshop to design and update visual merchandising assets, displays, and planograms as a core part of daily tasks.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure that all visual merchandising reflects specific brand guidelines and company standards, adapting to new brand requirements and visual trends.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team and Department Managers (DMs) to maintain up-to-date planograms based on stock levels and availability.
• Marketing Alignment: Stay updated on all marketing activities, campaigns, and events at the airport and in collaboration with our linked parties, including BIAL and global initiatives. Ensure these activities are integrated into visual merchandising strategies.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely execution of visual merchandising displays and campaigns, including special events and high-profile promotions (HPP). Foster strong working relationships to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
• On-the-Floor Support: Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-store displays, ensuring that they are consistent with the overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts through customer feedback and sales data, making adjustments as needed to enhance visual appeal and sales performance.
• VM Reporting: Generate regular visual merchandising reports, tracking the effectiveness of visual displays, compliance with brand standards, and sales performance. Share insights and recommendations with senior management, leveraging data and customer feedback to propose areas for improvement.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Support the retail team with any ongoing visual merchandising requirements, including product placement, seasonal changes, and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Visual Merchandising, Art, Design, Fashion Design, Marketing specializing in VM, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, with a strong emphasis on the use of Corel Draw and planogram creation. Prior experience in airport retail, especially in India, is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  
• Intermediate proficiency in Corel Draw and/or Photoshop is essential for daily design and display tasks.
• Strong understanding of planogram creation and maintenance, with a focus on stock availability and space optimization.
• Solid experience with brand standards, product placement, and display aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with inventory, marketing, and vendor teams.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional activities, particularly within an airport retail environment.
• A creative and detail-oriented approach to visual merchandising.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
