Job Description
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and manage the performance of the service team to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services.
- Maintain inventory control, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, beverages, and supplies.
- Conduct daily briefings with the staff to communicate goals, special requirements, and service updates.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards throughout the F&B outlets.
- Assist with staff training and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop promotional strategies, seasonal menus, and loyalty programs.
