Resort Manager

A resort manager manages the day-to-day operations of a resort, including guest services, marketing, and finance. They are responsible for ensuring that guests have a great experience and that the resort runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Guest experience: Ensure guests are happy and comfortable, and resolve any issues
Staff: Hire, train, and supervise staff, and ensure they are well-groomed and follow company policy
Marketing: Create marketing strategies to attract guests, and maintain the resort's online presence
Finance: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control costs
Operations: Oversee departments like Front Office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
Communication: Communicate with guests, employees, owners, and investors
