Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team in the real estate sector. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the growth and success of the organization. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize a variety of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies to identify qualified candidates for various real estate positions, including sales, marketing, operations, and administrative roles.
• Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Recruitment & Screening:
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements.
• Help create detailed job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates for specialized roles in real estate.
• Candidate Relationship Management:
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide candidates with timely updates and feedback on their application status.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the companys brand as an employer of choice within the real estate industry.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to increase visibility and attract top talent.
• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
• Regularly analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency and enhance future talent acquisition strategies.
• Onboarding:
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure that all required documents and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, including the use of job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates for cultural fit and technical expertise.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Personal Attributes:
• Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
