Devops Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop automated CI/CD pipelines for SQL deployments.
• Manual SQL deployments Manage version control and ensure smooth integration of updated database schemas.
• Implement continuous integration (CI) to validate database projects.
• Set up continuous deployment (CD) to automate the deployment of database changes. Monitor database performance and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions of database changes.
• Maintain CI/CD tools and infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Write and maintain clear documentation on systems and processes. Ensure compliance with industry security and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot issues in the CI/CD pipeline and improve efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in SQL deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with database management, automation tools, and cloud platforms.
• You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable SQL deployments.
• Additionally, you will manage manual deployments on specific servers as required.
