Job Description:

1. Develop and implement effective offline marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and customer acquisition

2. Conduct market research to identify target demographics and key areas for patient acquisition.

3. Work on in-store branding and promotional materials to enhance customer experience.

4. Plan and execute neighbourhood marketing campaigns (flyers, pamphlets, banners, standees) in high-footfall areas such as residential societies, schools, corporate offices, and malls.

5. Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to cross-promote products/services.

6. Build and maintain relationships with housing societies, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), and corporate HRs to offer exclusive dental plans.

7. Manage on-ground promotional activities like door-to-door marketing and kiosk setups

8. Design and implement patient referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing

9. Develop and promote family dental care packages to increase patient retention

10. Coordinate with the reception team to ensure follow-ups and re-engagement of inactive patients through personalized offers.

11. Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and lead conversions.

12. Work closely with the front desk team to track offline inquiries, conversions, and appointment bookings.
