The 1% Club is looking for Partnerships Intern to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Research & Identify Opportunities: Assist in identifying potential partners, including corporates, educational institutions, and other organizations, that align with 1% Club s mission.
Outreach & Engagement: Help initiate contact and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across different industries to explore collaboration opportunities.
Partnership Development: Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to develop proposals, pitch decks, and partnership models that bring value to both 1% Club and partner organizations.
Project Management: Support the execution of partnership agreements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of partnership commitments.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and market needs to identify growth opportunities.
Reporting: Assist in creating reports and presentations that track partnership performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about partnership management and business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
Prior experience or interest in B2B partnerships, sales, or business development is a plus.
