Job Description

Responsibilities

Specification and implementation of testcases for the GAS test suites (xTS): Compatibility Test Suite (CTS)

Vendor Test Suite (VTS)

Security Test Suite (STS)

Automotive Test Suite (ATS).

Execution of automated and manual tests (Google Test).

Support in process definition and tooling in context of test-automation and traceability.

Coordination with triage engineer regarding analysis and reporting of defects.

Apply specifications, user guides, use cases, comparable products and previously known bugs, to create and maintain test plans, test strategies and test cases.

Skills

Must have

3y+ experience in Test & Validation in the Automotive Industry (In-Vehicle-Infotainment Systems would fit best).

Good knowledge of Android Automotive OS (AAOS).

Consolidate experience with GAS and related test suites (xTS): Compatibility Test Suite (CTS)

Vendor Test Suite (VTS)

Security Test Suite (STS)

Automotive Test Suite (ATS).

Advanced knowledge of Android and Android Automotive.

Good knowledge in test processes, test techniques & reporting (requirements analysis/test case writing methodology, traceability concept, test case execution, automation, reporting).

Good understanding of IVI systems (Audio, Media, Car Service, Navigation, Radio Management, ...) and related technologies.

Manual and automated testing.

Good HW experience of configuring different setups.

Good understanding of SW and HW architecture or various platform variants.

Working knowledge in Jira, Confluence, versioning systems (or equivalent tools).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems.

Nice to have

ISTQB Foundation Level certification.

Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge on ASPICE process.
