Territory Manager - ILMS (DTC)

Role & responsibilities

1. Optimizing conversion of online based leads for postpaid

2. Improve efficiency of team through controlled and uncontrolled measures

3. Managing a team of Broadband Ambassador's of all store of the circle

4. Coordination between executives and store team for lead conversion and better customer service

5. Team call audits

6. Maintaining excel reports on a timely basis

7. Store outlets visit for team coordination 5 - 7 times in a month.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must have a sales/inside sales experience

2. Strong execution skill

3. Proficient in MS Excel & data presentation

4. Good understanding on data analysis & drawing insights

5. Team handling experience
