What You'll Do

• Tender Identification: Monitor various tender portals (such as GEM Portal, E-Procurement, E-Tender Portals) to identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and bids. Register the company on these platforms and keep track of deadlines and requirements.
• Documentation and Submission: Prepare and upload tender documents online, ensuring compliance with all submission guidelines. Oversee the completion and submission of tenders or bids, ensuring they are thorough and timely.
• Tender Management: Coordinate within teams to review tenders, assess requirements, and manage deadlines. Evaluate tender documents, identify potential risks or issues, and propose solutions in consultation with senior management.
• Liaison and Representation: Act as the point of contact for government officials regarding tenders. Attend pre-tender meetings on behalf of the company, and make official representations as necessary.
• Process Monitoring: Track the progress of tender applications, ensuring all required formalities are completed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tender activities and submissions.
• Market and Industry Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and changes in tendering processes.

Who Will Be a Good Fit

• Educational Background: Degree in B.Tech/MBA or a related field.
• Experience: Experience with tender documentation and procurement processes. Familiarity with IT services, particularly in Software Development, is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tender portals and documentation requirements.
• Additional Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
