Process Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for banking processes, including BFSI, OJT, TNA, TNI, TTT, and customer service training.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized training services.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and assessments.
  
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in process training or a related field (BFSI).
  
• Strong understanding of banking processes and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze business needs using tools like TNA (Training Needs Analysis) & TTI (Training Transfer Impact).
  
• Proficiency in creating interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
