Role & responsibilities

Customer Care Executive : Non-Voice

Handling queries of the customers.

Location - Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode - From Office

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification must be undergraduate.
• Freshers can apply. If experienced, it should be minimum of 6 months & must be documented.
• Must have excellent command in spoken English and good communication skills.
• No Sunday leave requirements.

**Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

Working Schedule

• 5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off.
• Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
• Casual leaves will not be entertained.
• 3 months contractual position i.e., last date 30th June.

Salary Slab: 25k CTC (Fresher) & 28k CTC (Experienced)
