- Job Title: Banking Back office Executive
- Location: Malad, Mumbai
- Salary: Upto 25k (In-hand)
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts)
- Shift Hours: 24/7 Windows (Rotational Week Off, 2 Days a Week)
- Job Description:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations professional with 0-2 years of experience in BFSI. The ideal candidate will specialize in financial operations, underwriting, risk assessment, and process optimization. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, performing financial analysis
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows and oversee seamless execution of banking processes.
- Conduct underwriting tasks, including risk assessment, background verification, and due diligence to mitigate potential risks.
- Streamline documentation processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve payment discrepancies, verify policy transactions, and track KPIs through MIS reports.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in financial operations, back office, banking sector
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle operational challenges.
