Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide solutions related to personal loans and NBFC products.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and cross-sell relevant financial services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, etc.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or voice processing industry (preferably in BFSI sector).
  
• Strong knowledge of Kannada language is required for this role.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
