Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented Associate Area Business Manager to drive insurance sales by managing a network of Agency Business Partners (ABPs). The role involves overseeing a team of business partners, ensuring sales performance, and expanding the agency network.

Obligations:

- Recruit, develop, and manage Agency Business Partners (ABPs) to maximize sales.

- Drive revenue growth by implementing sales strategies and achieving targets.

- Monitor business performance and provide strategic guidance to improve productivity.

- Conduct training and skill development sessions for ABPs to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.

- Qualification:- Mandatory Graduation

- Salary:- Up to 4.75 LPA
