Sales Development Manager - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

To expand our insurance business through agency partners in India, we are seeking a sales leader. You will create and oversee a sales force, develop solid alliances, and meet sales goals.

LOCATION : RAIGANJ

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA - 3.20 LPA

Responsibilities :

Hire, develop, and oversee a sales force; cultivate connections with insurance companies; meet sales targets; assess market trends; and make sure the sales force complies with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership abilities

- depth knowledge of the insurance market

- demonstrated sales experience in the Indian insurance sector
