Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Positions and Duties:

- Create and execute successful sales strategies to meet sales goals within the designated territory.

- Participating in the formulation of the company's yearly goals and objectives

- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective clients.

To increase market share, find new business prospects and produce leads.

- Work together with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials.

- Give consumers product information and training to improve their comprehension and perception of value.

- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers by learning about their financial requirements and offering customized solutions.

- Keep an eye on competition activity and market trends to spot any threats and openings.

- Create and deliver sales projections and reports to the management group.

- Participate at trade exhibits, industry conferences, and other pertinent gatherings to network.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
