Outside Sales Role (2-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Udupi. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through direct sales efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

- Travel within Udupi and surrounding areas to maximize sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales and customer visits.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Udupi.
