Area Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Manager to join our team in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as brokers and agents.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
