Job Description:
- We have a job opportunity for an Italian MNC for the position of Area Sales Manager for Bangalore Location.
Experience Required: 4-5 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategy & business planning Follow the budget for the region in line with the company's overall objectives, Ensure Area wise, month wise, product wise sales & collections.
- Ensure implement of various policies, SOP of the company in assigned area.
- Channel Management-Planning of dealership network in the territory. New appointments of dealers in the territory and assign their targets. Visiting dealers for interaction on a regular basis.
- Business Development-Identify and network with prospective dealers, generate business from the existing accounts and increase sales growth. Formulate strategies to create a loyal dealer base for the company. Build & maintain healthy business relations with major dealers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Brand promotion, demand creation from dealers.
Qualifications/Capabilities of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred. MBA is an added advantage.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific (bike accessories and helmets) sales experience and experience of selling technically manufactured and technically featured products is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.. Exceptional customer service skills.
