Role & responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of experience as Technical Manager in Bank/NBFC

Preferred candidate profile

1) This team shall be a part of the Credit structure & predominantly responsible for managing the project approval & property valuation process. The project approvals would be an important tool to grow Home Loans business.

2) The technical team shall also be managing the valuation agency. Appointment & review of agencies.

3) For critical cases (High value cases or big properties) they may conduct the property visit & provide valuation report. Their report shall not be the sole report for the particular customer.

4) The technical team may manage the entire approved projects & quarterly progress reports through agencies.

5) This team would manage the legal agencies and process of project and individual cases legal verification.

6) The team may be involved in evolving regional technical manuals / bye laws to ensure adherence to the local authoritys rules.

7) To prepare and ensure the standard technical valuation formats / reports and to manage the uniform process across the zones along with the TAT measurement of the entire process including the TAT of agencies.
