Profile : SAP Tester Experience: 8-10yrs Location: Pune NP: Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities: Analyzing the requirements from the client Participating in preparing test plans Preparing test scenarios, test cases and test scripts Functional and System Testing of Ariba, Concur, MDG application and interfaces with SAP S4 HANA Defect tracking Collating and monitoring the defect management process Managing the changes and executing regression tests Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to Quality improvement. Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation. Close Coordination & Collaboration with stakeholders Strong Logical Aptitude to understand the overall Application and root out the gaps wherein required Good Questioning skills to understand the Root Cause of the request Skills and Experience: Overall IT experience of 8 10 years in Functional Testing of SAP applications & interfaces like S4, Ariba, Concur, CIG, MDG, etc. At least 6 years of experienced in Manual & Automated Testing with Test Management, Defect Management and Reporting Hands on experience working on HP ALM, Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Good experience in designing and implementation of Test scenarios, Test scripts Experience in Agile practices (SCRUM). Building the capability of test results insights, reporting Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to work in fast paced environment Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice Needs to be a self starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required.
