Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale project, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

- Drive technical discussions and decision-making for scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

- Ensure high standards of code quality and best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and security.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks, devising contingency plans as needed.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting members in achieving project goals.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of proven experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong command of backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.

- Deep understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure.

- Proven ability to deliver high-value, complex technology projects.

- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Adept at leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
