Remiges - Chief Technical Lead - Applications (10-25 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Expert with hands-on experience in Java and similar technologies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in application development from scratch, showcasing a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. This role demands a strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

- Lead end-to-end application development, from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and reliable applications.

- Engage in full-stack development (front-end and back-end) as needed.

Technical Leadership:

- Provide hands-on guidance in developing high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize code, and ensure performance tuning across applications.

- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with architects and other technical leads to ensure alignment with the overall technical roadmap.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and oversee end-to-end testing.

- Ensure applications are tested and debugged before release, ensuring robust and reliable software.

Innovation & Solutioning:

- Explore and implement modern tools and frameworks to enhance productivity and improve development workflows.

- Identify areas for process improvement, providing technical solutions to increase efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

- Expertise in Java; experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.

- Full-Stack Experience: Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React) is a plus.

Application Architecture:

- Strong understanding of application architecture and experience designing scalable applications.

Problem-Solving Skills:
