Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 7 years of experience in Cisco VOIP Voice and Avaya Voice Portal/IR. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring seamless communication systems and contributing to our companys mission of providing top-notch communication solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Cisco VOIP Voice systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical expertise in Avaya Voice Portal/IR to support and enhance communication infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy voice solutions that meet business requirements.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

Develop and maintain documentation for voice systems including configurations processes and procedures.

Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members on best practices and emerging technologies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all voice communication projects.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage contracts support agreements and system upgrades.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of voice systems.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in voice communication technologies and recommend relevant upgrades.

Participate in project planning and execution to deliver voice solutions on time and within budget.

Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring robust and reliable communication systems that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Cisco VOIP Voice systems.

Have in-depth knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal/IR.

Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Exhibit strong documentation and communication skills.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Display a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement.

Hold relevant certifications in Cisco VOIP and Avaya Voice technologies.

Demonstrate experience in project planning and execution.

Have a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Show ability to manage vendor relationships and service agreements.

Provide training and support to enhance end-user experience.

Exhibit a commitment to delivering high-quality communication solutions.

Certifications Required
