1 Tractors and Farm Equipment Technical Expert Job

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for prepare and review technical documents, manuals, report, and Support backend activities, ensuring service readiness for new product introductions.
• Responsible to work closely with R&D, OEMs, Testing Teams, PMG, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions for service support.
• Responsible for diagnose conduct thorough studies and analyses of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) to identify and support field team to make tractor on road.
• Responsible for report consolidation of data, presentation, and communication to stake holders.
• Responsible for report consolidation of data, presentation, and communication to stake holders. Responsible for coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT), including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments, to ensure seamless operations, continuous improvement and permanent closure of field complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth understanding of TREM IV, TREM V, or Bharat Stage 4, 5 and 6 emission standards.
• Technical expertise in engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems.
• Analytical skill for DTC analysis and general data interpretation. Effective presentation and communication.
• Willingness to travel field based on requirement, for on-site diagnostics, repairs, and customer support.
• Hands-on experience in backend preparation for product launches.
• Having prior experience in the tractor or agricultural machinery industry will be given preference.
