We are seeking a seasoned Solution Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing comprehensive, end-to-end custom development solutions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and scalability of our applications.

This role demands a proactive leader who can maintain the functional interface to the application infrastructure and drive technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient applications that span multiple platforms and integrate various software packages.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure applications meet high-performance standards, focusing on availability and scalability to support business growth and continuity.

- Infrastructure Interface : Maintain and enhance the functional interface between applications and the underlying infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and operation.

- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice adherence.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : 10-20 years in software development and architecture, with a significant focus on CRM systems and solutions.

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

- Platform Knowledge : Strong understanding of multiple platforms and the ability to design solutions that operate seamlessly across them.

- Leadership Abilities : Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, managing projects, and delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions.
