Lead Java Developer

1.Experience as a Senior Java designer/developer in a complex, enterprise-level development environment;

2.+8 years' experience working in Software Development:

3.Solid experience in JAVA 8+.

4.Solid experience in Java open source frameworks, including developing using modern frameworks, e.g. Spring Boot.

5. Solid experience with React and Typescript

6.Solid experience in connecting Frontends to Restful APIs and GraphQL Endpoints;

7.Experience in Cloud computing and Amazon Web Services - particularly Serverless Development:

8.Practical experience in Containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS (AWS Lambda) technologies.

9.Strong DevOps and Continuous Delivery skillset:

10.Experience in modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Ansible, Jenkins, NPM, Gradle).

11.Experience in Agile development environments;

12.Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;

13.Good problem-solving and analytical skills;

14.Good understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology;

15.Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.

Nice-to-have

1.Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;

2.Familiar with JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js or Node.js;

3.Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area;

4.Experience in leading and coaching at least one software engineer team on various projects;
