TECH MAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR HR RECRUITER

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct initial rounds of interviews over phone or video calls.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further rounds of interviewing.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding their application status.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 6 months of experience in recruitment or related field (volume hiring).
• Strong understanding of BPO/IT industry trends and talent sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
• Hands on the portals for sourcing such as Naukri, monstar,shine.

Job Location- Tech Mahindra Sector-81, NZEZ NOIDA

6 days working

Shift time- 10:30AM to 7.30PM

Looking for Immediate joiner.

Both way cab facility available.
