Position: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 4-10 Years

Location: Hitech-city, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD) direct clients, vendors, and preferred suppliers.
• Develop strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
• Ensure quick turnaround times for placing candidates by effectively negotiating rates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with recruiting partners and vendors.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to get suitable job requirements for bench consultants.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, etc.), social media, and networking to find suitable projects for bench candidates.
• Maintain an updated database of vendors, clients, and job requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and pay rates with vendors and clients.
• Handle onboarding processes, including completing required documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ensure smooth communication with consultants to keep them updated on job requirements and interview status.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters on bench sales strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in US IT staffing and immigration policies.
