Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Description-

Oversee timely and accurate billing, ensure accuracy, and follow up on payments.
Manage coordination with banks, handling banking transactions, fund transfers, and maintaining relationships.
Supervise finalization of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax audit requirements, coordinate audits, and address queries.
Manage timely payment of taxes, including tax calculations, filings, and compliance to avoid penalties.
Provide weekly reporting to management, including financial insights, cash flow statements, and key reports.
Handle GST/TDS return filings, ensuring tax compliance, deductions, and timely submissions.
Review and approve employee reimbursements, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Ensure vendor/sub-contractor payments are processed timely and accurately as per agreements.
Manage foreign remittances, overseeing international payments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor cash flow management, tracking inflows/outflows and optimizing working capital.
Utilize Tally accounting package proficiently for bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Key skills ?
