We are hiring for Team Leader (From Collection Background)

Job Location: YUBI - Spocto, B wing 3rd  floor, Corenthum sector 62

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead a team of collections agents and prioritize the portfolio based on various work lists and ensure timely collections.
• Manage day-to-day activities with the team.
• Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SL s.
• Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc.
• Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team
• Participate in the new pilots projects & work towards proper transition of knowledge to team and participate in other strategic initiatives
• Assume responsibility for staff training and education as well as career development
• Identify and present solutions for process improvements
• Strong hand in Advance Excel, Macros, MS Office skills is a MUST have and a blend of experience in managing large data into analytics is desirable (Specially in Collections Domain).
• Must have managed Reporting functions in the past and have Knowledge of Collections gamut.
• Eye for Micro details to assess data sets received from multiple stakeholders and should be analytical.
• Strong interpersonal skills aiding coordination between Internal and External stakeholders
• Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
• Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs
• Adhere to the Companys Quality and Business Processes

Requirements:

• Any Under-Graduate or Graduate.
• Minimum 1-4-year Experience in Team Lead Role. (Collection Vertical Buckets and / or Write-off)
• Advance excel, Excel based Macros, MS Excel VLookup, H Lookup, Pivot table, Data Analysis and Graphical representation of data.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal & External.
