Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage OSP (Outdoor Plant) deployment activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of underground cable laying, fiber optic splicing, and row installation.
  
• Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans for successful project delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of deployment operations.
  
• Monitor progress against milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in telecom/ISP companies, preferably in OSP deployment roles.
  
• Strong understanding of FTTH, DPON, ONU, ONT, Optical Fiber, Splicing, OLT, routers etc. .
  
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
