Technical Skills :

• Knowledge of construction standards, codes, specifications, and QC practices
• Familiarity with land surveying tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on site civil and structural works to ensure quality compliance
• Interpret and implement project drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
• Conduct inspections, resolve design conflicts, and collaborate with consultants
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and cost parameters
• Oversee day to day construction activities and ensure they align with project specifications
• Monitor and control the procurement and usage of construction materials
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure smooth execution and prevention of reworks
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
• Track and report on the projects progress, addressing delays or issues promptly to the planning team
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project momentum
