Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collections process for Unsecured Loans (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Two Wheeler Loans) and Bucket loans.
  
• Oversee debt recovery through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and field visits.
  
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursement.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Collection Management or Debt Recovery from NBFCs or Banks.
  
• Strong knowledge of Collections processes for Unsecured Loans (PL, TWL, BL).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
