Key Objective of the Job:
To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables.
Major Deliverables:
Ensuring onboarding of quality customers for rural individual loans product
Managing team and ensuring appropriate client identification and sourcing of rural individual loan customers
Ensuring adoption of digital solutions for sourcing and collection by Individual loan officers in the team
Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach
To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers
Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to facilitate target achievement through team
Achieving highest First Time Right (FTR)
Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill the team that is being managed
Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline
