Assistant Manager maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• He should be able to do the maintenance of the ABB make painting robots.
• He should have hands-on experience of the ABB RBi 1000 & Durr Eco bell 3 .
• He should be able to do the troubleshooting of the Painting pump and Servo motors ,Variable frequency drive, Schneider PLC and Phoenix Interbus topology.
• He should be able to do the independently predictive/Preventive maintenance of the painting robots and Electrical panels, LC panels and drives.
• Troubleshooting of the Pneumatic Husky paint pump and Pneumatic circuits of the painting robots and paint kitchen.
• Identifying the areas for cost saving & Implementation of these projects
• Candidates should know the basic function of the Electrical Maintenance of Utility Equipments e.g. Compressor, DG, Chillers, Cooling tower, crane, material handling equipments etc.
• Spares Management and ensure availability of all critical spares.
• Spares cost reduction and control.
• He is aware about the maintenance systems like ,Why why analysis ,Root cause analysis ,QC stories etc

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be of Diploma/BE in Electrical or E&TC background and having hands-on experience of the 5 to 7 years.
