Developing and implementing strategies to increase adoption and usage of the learning management system
Creating engaging and informative content to promote the system and its benefits
Design and drive awareness and adoption campaigns
Analyzing user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement
Managing projects related to system developments, including scoping, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful project completion
Evaluating and selecting third-party vendors as needed to support system development projects
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning management systems
Understand digital & new age technology trends in the market and best practices in technology
up-skilling practices from external organizations.
Participate in LMS software upgrades and implement new features/enhancements as needed
Conduct UAT testing as per raised BRD/Enhancement/Change request
