Senior Manager - Operations (7-14 yrs)

Role Description:

The role envisages handling the finance and accounts function of the firm which includes statutory compliance, timely and accurate accounting/book-keeping, coordinating with auditors, and providing critical MIS to senior management.

The candidate is required to follow the policies and also suggest control and other processes to further strengthen the function.

Core Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Daily MIS Reports.

- Daily Stock and Bank Reconciliations.

- Posting Accounting entries in Wealth Spectrum.

- Co-ordinating with Custody Teams for trade instructions.

- Reviewing PMS Fees calculations and Commission to Distributor.

- Reconciliation of all the ledgers.

- Reviewing Custody charges bill and giving the debit instruction to custody.

- Handling fund/stock transfer/redemption requests of client portfolios.

Desired Skills:

- Proficient at MS-Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Good communication and drafting skills.

- Energetic, proactive, hardworking, and service-oriented.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to portfolio management services.

- Organizational Skills.

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

Qualification/Experience:

- Finance Graduate or equivalent degree/master's degree (finance-related preferred).

- 7 to 14 years in Banking or any financial institution.

- Earlier work experience with a portfolio management services firm will be an added advantage.

- Work experience with/exposure to Wealth Spectrum Software (preferred).
