Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process, US-Healthcare)
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our US-Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare industry, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding their healthcare needs and provide assistance and solutions
- Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their healthcare plans or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of US-Healthcare processes and regulations is a plus
