Your Role: Driving Excellence

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive sustainable revenue growth.

- Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing regional sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders to elevate our brand.

- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive data-driven strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer teams to align initiatives for maximum impact.

- Foster talent development by identifying top performers, creating robust sales training programs, and optimizing team performance through regular feedback and guidance.

- Have a mindset of an entrepreneur & work as a business partner.

- Consultative 1-1 selling approach.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience: 5-7 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in aesthetics, hair, beauty, healthcare, or luxury services.

- Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the aesthetics/hair market and its client base, from C-suite to high-net-worth individuals.

- Results-Driven: Consistent success in exceeding revenue targets and driving profitable growth.

- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a data-driven mindset for strategic planning.

- Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office; digital marketing exposure is a plus.
