Chief Financial Officer - CA (10-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, audits, compliance, and bank relationships, working closely with the promoters and executive team to drive financial growth and stability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and company audits.

- Ensure legal compliance across all financial functions.

- Prepare financial statements and reports for key stakeholders.

- Maintain and strengthen banking and investor relationships.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong finance-based analytical and strategic planning skills.

- Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance.

- Experience in cash management and working capital optimization.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
