Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager - Accounts who has experience in the Food or Manufacturing Industry.

- Skills: SAP, TDS, GST, Finalization, Invoice Processing, Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Invoice Processing: Ensure accuracy in invoice management by overseeing pending GR/IR accounts in SAP and following up with relevant teams.

- Fixed Asset Accounting: Manage asset capitalization, internal orders, and compliance with the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

- Tax Compliance: Handle TDS, TCS, GST filings, advance tax calculations, and 26AS reconciliation.

- Stay updated on tax regulations and support audits.

- Goods & Services Tax (GST): Oversee GST filings, including GSTR1, GSTR 3B, GSTR9, and 9C, along with compliance on RCM and blocked credits.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory transactions, conduct audits, and provide variance reports on raw material consumption.

- Month-End Closing Support: Assist in reporting and finalizing monthly accounts.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- CA/MBA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; financial modeling experience is a plus.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- A collaborative, go-getter attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
