Are you a writer with a keen eye for detail and a love for clear, effective communication? ANSR is looking for a content writer who can help craft engaging B2B content with a focus on the Global Capability Center (GCC) industry. If you are comfortable with research, have experience creating content for a business audience, and enjoy the process of repurposing content across formats, we would like to meet you!

What You all Do

• Create Engaging Content: Develop blog posts, articles, social media content, email newsletters, and more that speak to our B2B audience.
• Conduct Topic Research: Dive into industry trends and company resources to generate content ideas that align with ANSR's mission and goals.
• Adapt and Repurpose: Take core content pieces and adapt them creatively for different formats, extending their reach and impact.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work with marketing colleagues, designers, and subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure Consistency: Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels, from social media posts to reports.

Required Skills

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in content writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms and Content Management Systems will be a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
