Business Development Executive/ Customer support

Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients to generate leads, promote technical products/services, and build long-term relationships.
• Technical Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and how they fit into the customers manufacturing processes to effectively communicate benefits and address technical queries.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries and leads into successful business deals by understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and explaining technical advantages.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
• Problem Solving: Address client concerns and queries promptly, especially those related to technical aspects, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and sales teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call metrics, feedback, and conversion rates to the management team.

Location: Kalamassery, Ernakulam

Key Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
