Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products, generating inquiries, and driving business growth in the Steel Industry sector. The position involves a combination of sales, marketing, and business development activities, requiring travel to industries across allocated territory and PAN India as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Steel Industry sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Steel industry.
  • Generate inquiries through visits, calls, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma or MBA. A background in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
  • 1 to 3 years of prior experience in B2B or Industrial products sales is a must.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and getting new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across allocated territory and PAN India if required.

Additional Information:

  • Probation Period: The selected candidate will undergo an initial 6-month probation period.
  • Salary: Industry-standard salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Job Location: Bengaluru, Mohali.
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to travel as required.
