Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Chief Quality Assurance Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

• Design and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the project, in alignment with ISO standards and project-specific requirements.
• Develop quality policies, objectives, and procedures to guide the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of quality management practices across all project stages, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Prepare a Project Quality Plan (PQP) outlining the approach, standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Define quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and benchmarks for the project.
• Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor construction activities, materials, and equipment to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Evaluate and approve quality-related reports, including test results, inspection findings, and non-conformance records.
• Identify and document instances of non-conformance in design, materials, or construction practices.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness and compliance among project staff, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide guidance on quality standards, best practices, and the use of quality tools
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Represent the project in discussions with clients, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality records, including audit reports, certifications, and inspection logs.
• Provide detailed quality performance reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify quality-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor potential quality issues and implement preventive measures to minimize impact.
• Ensure the project complies with local building codes, safety standards, and international quality norms (e.g., ISO 9001).

• Strong understanding of quality standards, codes, and regulations relevant to metro projects.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with software tools for quality tracking and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex quality issues and provide effective solutions.
• Expertise in conducting audits, inspections, and investigations with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, preparing reports, and delivering training.
• In-depth knowledge of quality-related regulatory requirements, including ISO standards and safety codes.
