Responsibilities:

We are looking for an analytical, client-focused and diligent team player who will look after the business operation and customer service throughout the customer life cycle for Wealth Management Business. This candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance as per regulatory norms.

• Able to build and manage the important functions for HNI/UHNI clients like account opening, pay-in pay-out of securities and funds, modification, margin ,RMS etc.
• Liaising with HNI/UHNI clients and resolving of client queries within the provided TAT.
• Compilation and verification of portfolio of clients and sending periodic Client Statements and portfolio.
• Co-ordination with Internal Teams like KYC, DP, Settlement and Compliance etc. for day to day operations.
• Should have application knowledge of WealthSpectrum Software.
• Should have knowledge and understanding of basic regulatory requirements of wealth management firm and how to meet these on a periodic basis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of client queries and build healthy and strong relations with clients.
• Also accountable to ensure that all service standards which are committed to Clients are met without any hindrance and also to introduce best industry practices.
• Knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual fund, IPO, AIF, Third Party Products, AMFI, CAMS Karvy and other requried.
• Knowledge of PMS Operations is needed.
• NCFM/NISM/BCFM – Certification will be preferred.
• Knowledge of migration of data and integration with other apps will be an advantage.
