Job Description
- Work as a System Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale
- and complex IT infrastructure systems.
- Provide key support and performance metrics reports to Project Manager/management.
- Candidate should have knowledge on Windows OS and hardware-related issue, Jira Service desk,
- Windows Patching, and ITSM knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows client OS, O365
- They should be experienced in technologies like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, Active Directory
- (Group Policy, OU)
- Should be able to document infrastructure designs, configurations, support requests, incidents,
- and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
- Should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Should be able to handle user inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally,
- courteously, and effectively.
- Should be able to manage their workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
