Engineering Executive - Facility Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking an 1-3 years experienced Engineering Executive specializing in Facility Management to oversee and maintain critical electrical systems, power backup infrastructure, precision cooling systems, and data center operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in maintaining facility efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems Management:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) panels, transformers, and other electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Power Backup Systems:

• Manage and maintain Diesel Generators (DG) and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to ensure reliable power continuity during outages.

Precision Cooling Systems:

• Maintain and troubleshoot Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) systems to support data center and critical operations.

Data Center Operations:

• Manage end-to-end data center operations, ensuring high uptime, system reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.

Maintenance Activities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical and HVAC systems to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Energy Management:

• Monitor energy consumption, implement efficiency practices, and optimize power usage to reduce operational costs.

Technical Expertise:

• Perform load balancing, fault analysis, and equipment diagnostics to maintain efficient electrical distribution systems.

Compliance & Safety:

• Conduct risk assessments, ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, and maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Vendor & Contractor Management:

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement, maintenance, and system upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

• Analyze technical issues, implement effective solutions, and improve operational efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records, technical documentation, and prepare reports for audits, compliance, and management reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in facility management, electrical systems maintenance, or data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in energy management and HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience with facility management.
